Teddy Swims Says Girlfriend Raiche Wright Has Been ‘Really Helpful’ in ‘Regulating My Little Nervous System’ (Exclusive)

Teddy Swims’ girlfriend,Raiche Wright, knows how to keep him from losing control.

AtSelena Gomez’s Rare Impact Fund Benefit, Swims told PEOPLE that he has struggled with nightmares for a long time, and Wright has been “really helpful.”

“I wake up sometimes every 30 minutes, and she’s been so wonderful and such a holistic person about, ‘Here, take some magnesium or take some of this and that,'” the “Lose Control” singer said. “And it has just really helped me turn my… Calming my little… I guess, regulating my little nervous system.”
