The Gooniescast reunited for the second time in recent days as they posed for a photo on the red carpet at the premiere of the filmLove Hurtson Monday, Feb. 3.

The film starsGooniesactorsSean AstinandKe Huy Quan, who walked the carpet alongsideJeff Cohen, Kerri Green andCorey Feldman.

The romantic action comedy stars Quan, 53, as a hitman-turned-realtor whose past comes back to him. Astin, also 53, plays his boss in the film.

The film premieres 40 years after the two men starred in the now-iconic 1985 film,The Goonies.NBC Newsreports that their new film’s production notes includes a quote from Quan about his reunion with Astin on set.

The reunion came just hours after members of the cast came together on Monday afternoon to celebrate Quan at his hand and footprint ceremony at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.

On deck for the celebration was the film’s screenwriter Chris Columbus and costars Feldman, Cohen, Green andJosh Brolin, who spoke at the event.

“You’re truly one of the last existences of the American dream. Ke Huy Quan … I won’t say much but that afterThe Goonies, I too lived in the ethers of our business for 19 years. The only difference is I was still chipping away at leftovers and trading stocks full time while you pursued a whole other profession and excelled in it famously,” Brolin said
