Usain Boltis known as one of thefastest men alive, but his greatest achievement is being a dad to his three kids: Olympia, Thunder and Saint.

Witheight Olympic gold medals, 11 World Championship titles and multiple world records, Bolt’s athletic legacy is unmatched. However, afterthe sprinting icon retiredin 2017, he shifted his focus and began a family with his longtime girlfriendKasi Bennett.

“It’sa lot more time-consuming, but I enjoy it,” he told PEOPLE in July 2021. “I’m looking forward to them just growing up and just having fun.”

While his daughter and sons are already showing signs of athletic potential — the proud dad revealed they’re growing tall — Bolt emphasizes the importance of encouraging their individual paths rather than steering them toward sports.

“For me, anything they want to do, I’m just going to support them,” he said. “That’s always a key thing: Just support your child in whatever they want to do. So if they don’t want to run, if they don’t want to do sports, I’m okay with it.”
