Vanna Whiteworks hard — but it might not be for as many hours as fans think.

The longtimeWheel of Fortunehost, 68, revealed onThe Elvis Duran Showlast week what her schedule looks like for the beloved daytime gameshow, of which she’s filmed over 8,000 episodes.

“We film about 34 days a year. That’s it,” White said, a revelation that shocked hostElvis Duranand his co-host Danielle Monaro. “Stop it,” Duran, 60, said.

White clarified, though, that she films “six shows a day” when she is filming, which is how she gets away with so few days of the year on set.

“I’m sorry, I do not feel sorry for you one bit,” Duran, 60, said. “That sounds like a great job.”

When someone did the math and asked if that means she has 331 days off every year, White said, “Yeah, I guess so. I’ve never looked at it that way.”

She ended up renewing her contract to staythrough the 2025-26 season, butshe told PEOPLE that leaving alongside Sajack was a “thought” she definitely had.

“It’s like, ‘Well, wait, if you’re leaving, what am I going to do? How can I stay without you?’ It was a very hard decision for me to make, because it definitely crossed my mind,” she said in October 2023, four months after Sajak’s announcement.Ryan Seacresthas sincejoined White as her co-hostand made his debut in September.

“It’s like, ‘I just don’t know if I can do this without you,’ but I thought about it and I’m not ready to retire, so I am staying on.”
