Wendy Williamshas revealed where her possessions are being kept as she continues to live in the assisted living facility that she’s been residing in for the last several months.

On an episode ofThe Viewaired on Friday, March 14, the former talk show host, 60, discussed her recent hospitalization in New York City and her current living situation at Coterie, which is located in Hudson Yards. The interview was pre-taped with Williams dialing in alongside her caretaker Ginalisa Monterroso.

During the call, Williams was asked about where she keeps the “fabulous” and iconic purple chair featured on her eponymous talk show, which ran from 2008 to 2022.

“But when it comes out of storage, I’m keeping it with me for my life. It’ll definitely be in my new apartment,” she said of the famous set prop.

Williams has been living under a legal guardianshipthat oversees both her finances and health since May 2022. In recent months, she has been in an ongoing legal battle toend her conservatorshipwith her court-appointed guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, who claims Williams is “cognitively impaired, permanently disabled and legally incapacitated.”

Elsewhere in her interview onThe View, Williams, who lives in the memory unit of Coterie, said she was “having a little angina” and “just needed a breath of fresh air.”

“I needed to see the doctors. So that’s why I went to the hospital,” she claimed. “And then, while I was at the hospital, I also got blood drawn for my thyroid, you know? But most importantly, being at the hospital, it was my choice to get an independent evaluation on my incapacitation, which I don’t have it. How dare they say I have incapacitations! I do not.”

Williams expressed that she wants her current guardian to “get off my neck” and questioned:  “Why am I here?” She later said, “I need a new guardian, and then, I’ll get out of guardian.”
