Christina Haackhas a new man in her life.

In January 2025, PEOPLE confirmed that Haack is romantically involved with the CEO and president of Network Connex,Christopher Larocca. The couple have been dating for several months, per theDaily Mail, and made their relationshipInstagram officialin February 2025.

Haack’s new romance follows her split from estranged husbandJosh Hall, who filed for divorce in July 2024.

While Haack hasn’t given up on love, she shared that her goals for 2025 revolve around personal development and her kids.

“This year I will be doing the work with my life coach to break the cycle, taking the kids & myself on some amazing adventures and focusing on a few new projects,” she wroteon Instagram.

He is the CEO of Network Connex

In 2021, Larocca was named the CEO and president of Illinois-based Network Connex, a “global leader in communications infrastructure design, implementation and future-proofing,” per thecompany’s website.

“I am thrilled to join Network Connex at this time of tremendous growth for the company,” Larocca said in apress release.

He continued, “I look forward to working with the leadership team and our global organization to continue to build on our momentum and provide a premier end-to-end service suite to our clients.”

According to hisLinkedIn profile, the California native — who has more than 20 years of experience leading companies in industrial technology and services sectors — held C-suite positions at Nortek Control, Luminance Brands, Dover Corporation and EMCORE Corporation before joining the team at Network Connex.

He has an MBA from USC

Larocca graduated with a degree in civil engineering from Clemson University in 1995. He went on to earn an MBA from the University of Southern California in 2002, per LinkedIn.

He is a dad

According to theDaily Mail, Larocca has a daughter, whom he welcomed with his ex-wife. The pair divorced in January 2015 after eight years of marriage and share joint custody of their child.

He’s been dating Christina Haack for several months

PEOPLE confirmed Haack and Larocca’s romance in January 2025, and according to theDaily Mail, the couple have been quietly dating for over three months.

The couple wasspotted together againthe following month, when they were out for a date in Brentwood. They were photographed holding hands and exchanging a kiss during their night out on Jan. 30.

Haack follows her new beau on Instagram, but his account is private.

He made an appearance onThe Flip Off

During the season 1 finale ofThe Flip Off, which aired on March 5,Laroccamade a brief cameo. He was spotted among friends and family who’d gathered at his girlfriend’s Newport Beach, Calif., home to find out who won the competition series — Haack or El Moussa and his wife,Heather Rae El Moussa.

Larocca kept a low profile in the scene. He wasn’t seen interacting with Haack, instead, he just observed with a champagne glass in hand.
