Rumors thatVictoria BeckhamandDavid Beckham’s youngest son was dating the Brazilian-German songwriter first sparked in June 2024 when they were spotted together at a music festival in England, perE! Online. Cruz confirmed their relationship in October 2024 when he posted a photo celebrating Jackie’s birthday on his Instagram Stories.

Like Cruz, whoreleased his debut singlein 2016, Jackie is also a musician. According to herInstagram bio, she is a songwriter and a producer.

She’s Brazilian and German

Jackie is of Brazilian and German descent and has lived in both countries, per her bio on theMontreux Jazz Festival’s website. While she has visitedthe U.S.andLondon, among other destinations, she spends a lot of timein Brazil— and the country has heavily influenced the way she approaches her songwriting.

“I spent the past year learning a whole different way of making music out here in Brazil and it’s something I never thought I’d explore,” Jackie toldIndie Band Guruin a 2019 interview. “I found great people here that pushed my songs to an incredible new high.”

She’s a songwriter

Since she was 2 years old, Jackie has been playing piano and studying poetry, which eventually led to her career as a songwriter. She released her EP,The Reformation,in 2020, but announced in an Instagram post two years later that she wouldno longer be releasing musicas a recording artist.

Instead, Jackie wished to focus solely on songwriting and producing.

“My intention was and has never been to become a recording, touring artist,” she wrote. “I’m a studio rat, I’m a creator, I’m a writer, a producer and an artist in many ways, but releasing the songs we did myself was always just a way of showcasing the tracks.”

They were first spotted together in June 2024

Cruz and Jackie were first spotted together in June 2024 when they attended the London-basedGlastonbury Music Festivaltogether. The following month, they were seen having a night out in the British city and they were photographed attending Paris Fashion Week together in September.

Though they didn’t make their relationship Instagram official until the fall, both Cruz and Jackie teased their new romance online. In October, Jackie included a selfie of her and the Beckham family dogOlive, along with a picture of the couple embracing without showing their faces, in acarousel of photoson Instagram.

Before confirming her love for Cruz, Jackie publicized her admiration for his mom’s brand. The songwriter attendedVictoria’s presentationduring Paris Fashion Week in September 2024 and posted an Instagram photo of herselfwearing a dressfrom the new collection.

A few weeks later, Jackieshared another montageof pictures in which she donned yet another Victoria Beckham piece. She captioned the October 2024 post, “hot sauce and hotter outfits. thank u for the laciest dream piece @victoriabeckham 🤍.”
