Heath married his wife, Natasha Heath, on Sept. 29, 2013, and the pair have welcomed two children — Day and Breakwell — since. Heath is also a father to his two older kids, daughter Jazmin and son Nakhjavani, the former of which made the producer a grandfather in 2023 with the birth of her son Kaedon.
Heath’s wife was mentioned in Lively’s complaint, with the actress alleging that the producer showed her and her on-set assistant a graphic and “fully nude” video of his wife giving birth — which Lively initially thought was “pornography" — without consent. Lively claimed that when she asked Heath if his wife knew he was sharing the video, he replied, “She isn’t weird about this stuff.”

On Dec. 20, Lively filed a complaint against Baldoni and Heath, and members of the former’s PR team, alleging that they had behaved inappropriately on set and, following her speaking up, subsequently started a retaliatorysmear campaignagainst the actress.
In the complaint, she alleges that the two shared their “personal sexual experiences” without her consent and pressured her to do the same.
Though she asked they meet when she was clothed, Heath allegedly persisted. She let him in “but asked that Mr. Heath keep his back turned,” which she said he did not do as she noticed him “staring directly at her while she was topless.”
In a scene where Lively’s character Lily gives birth, they also “suddenly pressured Ms. Lively to simulate full nudity, despite no mention of nudity for this scene in the script, her contract, or in previous creative discussions,” the complaint alleged.
To address her concerns, Lively laid out a list of 30 protections in a January 2024 meeting with producers of the film.
