A man was arrested after the body of a staffer for the Indian National Congress was found stuffed in a suitcase on a highway over the weekend.

The victim’s mother, Savita Narwal, toldIndia Todaythat her daughter was involved in Congress for the past decade, adding that she often spoke out about issues within the Bharat Jodo Yatra movement.
