Wynonna Juddis giving a rare glimpse at her life as a grandma.
The musician, 60, cohostedToday with Jenna & Friendson Thursday, Jan. 30, and opened up about what life looks like for her as she’s been raising her 2½-year-old granddaughter Kaliyah. The musician has been caring for her granddaughter after her daughter Grace Kelley wasarrested multiple times.
“I don’t have a computer. I don’t watch television unless it’s planned ‘cause I’m raising my 2½-year-old granddaughter, I listen to her,” Judd shared on the show. “So I don’t really, I do a lot of Instagram.”

“Listen, I have three kids switch to — now I like Ms. Rachel, nothing wrong with Ms. Rachel,” Bush Hager responded.
“I do too. I just can’t talk like that. I wish I could be that animated, but I just don’t know how,” Judd joked, with the two women later agreeing that they likePeppa Pig.
The singer was then asked how life on her farm is and shared that her life is “simple and sweet.”
“My life on the farm is simple and sweet, which is what we need more of. We don’t do phones at dinner,” she said. “And I do what I have to do to learn how to just live off the road. ‘Cause I was on the road at 17, so I never got to learn how to do life outside of showbusiness.”
“Food family and fun is my goal,” added Judd.
When Judd first announced the birth of her first grandchild in 2022 onInstagram, she shared that Kaliyah was born on April 13, just two weeks and two days before the death of her mom, Naomi.
“In order to be a healthier grandparent to my firstborn grandchild Kaliyah, {born 4/13, 2 weeks & 2 days before Mom left}, to break the cycle of addiction & family dysfunction, that I must continue to show up for myself {first} and do the personal healing work,” she wrote at the time.
